We want your Milk Studios experience to be smooth, transparent, and fast. Please read the updated policy carefully before making a purchase.

Return & Exchange Window

All orders (prepaid + cod) are eligible for returns and exchanges within 7 days from the date of delivery.

How to place a return or exchange (new & automated)

To request an exchange or return, simply head to the Raise an Exchange/Return link in our website menu or use this link (https://www.milkstudios.store/apps/return_prime).

Enter your Order Number (for example, #1234MLKStd) along with your registered Mobile Number or Email ID to access your orders.

From there, follow the quick, guided steps on your screen to complete your request.

Exchange Policy

Size-related exchanges are allowed once per order.
If the required size/product is unavailable, we’ll issue store credit for COD(cash on delivery) orders and a refund to the original payment mode for prepaid orders.
Product must be unused, unwashed, and returned with all tags/packaging intact.

Refund Policy

Return fee: a flat ₹290 applies to all refunds (pickups included).

For prepaid orders:
Refund will be issued to the original source of payment.
₹290 will be deducted as the return fee.

For cod orders:
Refund will be issued as store credit only.
₹290 will be deducted before store credit is issued.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item, initiate a return through the website login flow within 7 days.
Attach clear images when prompted. Our team will review and approve the exchange if eligible.

If the same product isn’t in stock, we’ll issue store credit for COD(cash on delivery) orders and a refund to the original payment mode for prepaid orders.

Important Notes

Pickup & Shipping :

We will always attempt a doorstep pickup first.

If your area is not serviceable by our courier partners, you will need to ship the item back to us yourself. We will send you a shipping label, which you can print and attach to the package.

Exchange approval is at the discretion of Milk Studios after QC.
If the product fails qc (worn, washed, damaged, perfume marks, missing tags), the request may be denied.
If denied, the item will be sent back to you at an additional fee of ₹290.
Failure to initiate a return/exchange within 7 days may lead to denial.
